Boreham is a quiet village, 4 miles from City Centre of Chelmsford and 1 mile walk to the new Beaulieu Park railway station. There are regular buses from Boreham that go into Chelmsford City Centre.
Located within a few minutes of Spar and Co-op and 3 gastro pubs Lion Inn, Six Bells and Queens Head. Plenty of country walks and cycle paths from the village.

5 weeks notice is to be given either by Tenant or Landlord to terminate the tenancy.

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.
