Room available in a ground floor flat on the outskirts of Chelmsford. I'm an easy going person and am looking for someone peaceful who wants a quiet home and no loud parties. I am very into nature and enjoy walking and hiking when I can. I also love TV/Movies and music.

I'm flexible on living arrangements as I am not sure which room to use myself and which to let, we can discuss when you view.

Property has washing machine, shared kitchen and bathroom, room has a double bed and some furniture..

I'm planning to move soon, hopefully in the next several months, but within Chelmsford and your room would transfer with the property. This is a complicating factor and may put you off. Rent reflects circumstances, open to discuss options.
