A beautiful furnished room in a family bungalow in Bowers Gifford on a huge plot with a lovely south facing garden. Plenty of off-street parking.

Live in landlord is a working professional, and works part of the week from home.

Room furnished with double bed and two sets of bedding, wardrobe with hangers , chest of drawers, small storage chest, and small chaise seat. No en-suite BUT bathroom is only shared occasionally (once/twice a week) with teenage son when he decides to make an appearance! Bath and hand Towels can also be provided.

Animals live in this home - 3 dogs and 2 cats

This is an immaculately clean and tidy house and you are expected to be if the same.

Cleaner once a week to do all communal areas but you will be responsible for cleaning your own space.

Working professional non smoker female preferred.

Bills are included.
Use of two large shelves in fridge, two drawers in freezer and a single cupboard in a brand new installed kitchen are included.

Onsite facilities include a hot tub and a training studio which can be used on request.

Rent can be paid weekly or monthly.

Washing machine and tumble dryer available at extra cost.
