The property is a 10-15 minute walk to Cressing Station, which has links to London Liverpool Street, Stratford, Chelmsford, Witham, Braintree, and Colchester. Ten minute drive to A12 and very close to the A120, Stansted Airport and Broomfield Hospital.
Occupier would have use of separate fridge/freezer and separate storage cupboards and drawers, joint use of washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave and other household appliances. Shared use of kitchen, lounge, dining room, TV and super fast broadband.
Rent would be paid on first day of the month. £300 deposit required up front. All bills included. No couples. No pets. Non-smoker preferred. I have one cat.
