Double room in 2 bed house sharing with 1 female

Double room available for rent in Braintree. Room is in a 2 bed house sharing with myself, a professional female aged 30. I work shifts including some nights so I am ideally looking for someone who is quiet and considerate. All amenities available and use of communal areas. There is a garden which you also have use of and a parking space available on the driveway. Room is available on a furnished or unfinished basis. I do not yet have photos of the room however the room size measures 2.9m x 3.4m. You must like animals as I have 2 indoor rabbits that live in an enclosure in the lounge. They only come out when I am home and only into the lounge and they are friendly :)
