We are looking for a professional to come and join us in this really great house. Beautifully equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean and sharing with some great people. We are all professional, respect each other, yet like to socialise to make it really feel like a home.

The room, which is in excellent order and been recently repainted also benefits from a new carpet and own private shower room with wash hand basin and WC and is available from 5th August 2024.

The room has a fabulous high quality and very comfortable full-size double bed with sprung base and headboard. It also has a good size double wardrobe with top storage box together with a chest of drawers/desk, chair and bed side table. The shower room is of a good size and has also been repainted and is in excellent condition.

The house, which is on the Marks Farm estate, is conveniently located just a leisurely 5 minute walk to both bus stops and Tescos. There is also a further convenient supermarket within a couple of minutes walk and the house has easy access to the A120.

The licensed house is in all round excellent order and all communal areas have also been recently redecorated. The large kitchen is equipped with an electric range cooker, two washing machines, a new tumble dryer, 3 fridges and 3 freezers, plenty of cupboard space and a lovely wooden high table and comfortable bar style chairs. There is also a large very comfortable communal sitting room with 55" flat screen TV, two 3-seater leather sofas and coffee table with patio doors leading to the garden. This has a paved patio area which is ideal for BBQs, with bench style garden table, comfortably seating four. There is also a grassed area, with rotary clothes dryer. Housemates also have access to the rear half of a secure garage which has direct access from the garden, ideal for keeping bicycles and other bulky items secure.

On the top floor there is also a dedicated ironing/airing room.

The communal areas of the house are professionally cleaned weekly to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

The rent includes all bills, (water, gas & electric, including council tax) and unlimited super high speed internet (EE Fibre+ giving 73mbps). The property has two car parking spaces on its driveway but there is also plenty of free safe on-street parking adjacent to the property.

We are looking for a person to join a really great bunch of housemates and who have made this house very much their home. They are all very respectful of each other. Please note it is not a party house!

We have in the past had enquiries from prospective tenants who are also parents. Please note it is not suitable for anyone who wishes to have their child stay over or visit.
