You will have the top two rooms, one a bedroom and one a sitting room. WC on the same floor, and sole use of a full bathroom on middle floor. Use of kitchen, main living room and garden. On road parking (not allocated) is available immediately outside the house. Bills included with a reasonable use policy. Wifi inc. The two rooms are furnished if you require or can be unfurnished (no change in rent). You would be sharing with a retired professional and his small dog.
