New branded (and expensive: pocket springs + layer of a memory foam) mattresses and furniture were fitted in every room.

This offer will be suitable for tidy, responsible people, who are expected to be considerate and respectful to each other. A strong desire to enjoy living in a clean home is a must 😊 Please, if you are messy, look elsewhere! Professionals are welcome.

This is a clean friendly house, which just has been fully redecorated;
 Every room has an individual high security lock fitted for your peace of mind;
 1 month rent + 1 month rent deposit will be required;
 All bills are included in the rent;
 Single occupancy per room (couples would need to get two rooms);
 Plenty of storage is available in the large integrated wardrobes and ottoman beds;
 Garden access with the summer seat & chill area;
 Large dining & kitchen;
 Parking is available;
 Apologies, but pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the house.

There are a school, a gym, a shop and a pub nearby. It would take you only 10 minutes of walking to reach the town centre.
