Bathroom shared with just one other lady. Shared kitchen/diner. Use of small, well kept garden. 3 months minimum rental period. £700 per calendar month, including bills (for "normal" usage - where usage is excessive an extra contribution will be discussed & agreed.) Must be a NON-smoker and MUST like CATS and dogs! There are 2 cats and 1 very quiet (elderly,) dog here, all very friendly and no trouble at all.
