Single Room in Semi-detached House

I’m a live-in landlord and a hybrid worker, I live in a modern 3-bedroom home in a nice and serene area.

-Witham station is a 9 minutes drive away (45 mins into London)
-Cressing station is a 3 minutes drive away and 15 mins walk
-Chelmsford is a 22 minutes drive away
- The Stansted airport is 24 minutes drive away
-A 20-minute walk into town

I’m looking to rent out the single room. Preferably a full-time worker. The room is furnished with a single bed and wardrobe.

You will have shared use of the bathroom and kitchen.
You will also have access to the garden.

The ideal person will need to be very clean, hygienic, considerate, and tidy.

There is a free parking bay you are welcome to use.
