Semi detached house in Braintree 1 room available

Single Female in a 3 bed house, just me my dog (corgi) and a cat - looking for someone to rent a room, but also enjoy the house as if it's there own, - with respect of my belongings.

As you can see from the images the bedroom is large enough for a king size bed, and additional furniture, whatever set up you may need. It will be unfurnished and completely empty when you move in.

Washing machine/dish washer/broadband/ 1 bathroom and a WC

I live about 15 minute walk to braintree Station, 5 minute walk from braintree Town, and less then 10 minutes drive from freeport.

Also have a field right outside the house, quiet cul-de-sac, where all of the neighbours know each other and look out for each other, as we all moved in at the same time due to it being a new build.

I have a nice size garden, and a 2 car drive with visitor parking as well. The room is unfurnished so would require you to arrange a bed and wardrobe. I have a desk available and set up in the box room should you need an office space as well.
