I am currently seeking to let my spare room out as i do not currently use it as i am a single occupant and landlord.
Alongside the room, use of the bathroom, living room and kitchen will all be included.
I will be staying there part time whilst i commute to work for 4 days of the week, and elsewhere for the other 4 days, so i will not be there full time.
I am really into gym and keeping fit, all kinds of sport, and i also enjoy gaming. Ideally i am looking for someone i share an interest in and can generate a good rapport with.
I'm generally a really chilled out, easy going guy, and i am flexible with most personality types..
