Hi! I’m looking for a respectful, tidy lodger to rent a furnished double room in my quiet, home in Braintree. I also live here, so this is ideal for someone friendly and easy-going who values a peaceful, clean space.

Plenty of natural light and storage

🏡 The House:
Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room

All bills included (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, council tax)

Superfast fibre broadband (up to 600Mbps if connected directly to the router)

Washing machine available (reasonable use expected)

No smoking or vaping

Occasional overnight guest is okay (but not a regular thing)

Driveway space is for my use, but there is street parking

Garage is private use only

🧹 House Rules:
Help keep communal areas clean

Respectful of noise and privacy

Pets may be considered

📅 Rent & Terms:
£625 per month (all inclusive)

One month’s rent in advance

One month’s notice to end the agreement

Rent due monthly on the move-in date (or the 28th if after the 28th)
