If the rent is over your budget please don’t bother getting in touch, my place is the sanctuary of serenity if you are escaping badly managed shared living, the rent shouldn’t be the barrier. About minimum stay you can agree a term and keep on extending at renewal or let it run month to month on a pay as you go bases. Totally up to you how you design your stay.
Double Room Available – Newly Built 6-Bedroom House (All Bills Included)
A bright and spacious double room is available on the second floor of a newly built, well-maintained 6-bedroom house. The room is offered for single occupancy only at £800 PCM (all bills included). A shower and WC are located on the same floor.
Tenant Requirements
• UK citizens must provide employer and landlord references
• Overseas applicants must provide proof of right to stay (e. g. BRP, home office share code, and ID)
• Deposit may be negotiable (half or full month) depending on references and status
I am seeking a clean, reliable, respectful, and trustworthy working professional with good character and a stable job, who will adhere to the terms outlined in the tenancy agreement and treat the property as their own home.
About the Property
• Owned by a couple from Bengal (part-time live-in landlords; occasionally stay in a ground floor room)
• Communal areas are maintained fortnightly, but tenants are expected to clean up after themselves
• A full lodger agreement will be provided prior to signing, following successful referencing

o Double bed (with under-bed storage)
o Bedside cabinet
o Chest of drawers
o Desk and chair
o 36-inch Smart TV
• Located on the second floor in a modern, well-kept home
* A portable Air Conditioner provided for summer months.

• 6-bedroom property (maximum 6 tenants to avoid overcrowding) currently 4 tenants staying.
• 2 communal bathrooms + 1 downstairs WC
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area

o 2 fridges and 2 freezers
o Washing machine and tumble dryer
o Air fryer, electric hob, and oven
Landlord provides essential kitchen cleaning supplies (e. g. washing-up liquid, sponges, foil, etc.).
Basic cookware may be used initially, but tenants are expected to purchase their own within the first week.

• 0.6 miles (10–12 minute walk) to Braintree Freeport Station
• 0.9 miles (17–20 minute walk) to Braintree Town Station
