Room in flat, unfurnished. relaxed & respectful

Hi, I'm Lois and I rent in a flat with a live-in landlord, Damien. We're looking for a suitable flatmate to rent the third bedroom.

The room available is a good sized room, suitable for a double bed, unfurnished, and with lots of natural light. Please see photos for details.

The location is also quite central, near the town centre and other local amenities.

The flat has a shared kitchen with storage space, electric hob & oven, microwave, washing machine, and a big fridge freezer. There's also a shared bathroom.

As a flat, we are respectful, honest, friendly, and very chill. The landlord is laid back and we're both pretty easy going people to live with. Students or professionals are welcome to apply. We are both professionals and I have stayed on as a tenant for over a year. Although Damien is a live-in landlord he only stays at the flat 2-3 days per week, so it never feels crowded here and we both respect each other's space.

The tax band of this property is band B. Council tax & bills are included in the rent pcm.
