Female Lodger

Advert only open to females. From ages of 24-50. Must like animals. I have two cats and two dogs. My daughter is 19 and is my life - so would have to get on well with her. In the £80 a week you have use of washing machine, tumble drier (in winter only), broadband, gas, electric, council tax and sky in your room. I need to be able to trust you and would want the rent every Friday evening. Would like someone down the earth and who would fit in as part of the family and join us for dinner, drinks and games occasionally. Hope to hear from you.
