The property is situated close to town (5mins walk). It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac of only 20 houses. This town house offers a large front room for communal use, plus a large Kitchen/Diner fully equipped with: fridge freezer, cooker, Dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. The third floor is comprised of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
I am looking for a third tenant who must be respectful with regard to sharing the house-hold with others. Two weeks rent upfront will be required as a deposit plus a week and will be returned when the tenancy ends, subject to any breakages or unfair wear n tear to the property. It is a 'quiet' house and would suit someone of a similar disposition.
