The communal areas of the house are professionally cleaned weekly to ensure they are maintained to a high standard.

The rent includes all bills and unlimited Fibre Plus EE high speed broadband . The property has two car parking spaces on its driveway but there is also plenty of free safe on-street parking adjacent to the property.
