Hi, my name is James, i am a tidy and considerate 33 year old guy, looking for a professional person to rent a large double room.
I live with my girlfriend, and we rent out 2 of our five bedrooms. Currently we have 1 room soon to be available.
The house is located just a minutes walk from braintree town centre and a 10 min walk from the train station. the room has just been decorated to a high standard, with wall mounted tv, you can choose wether the room is furnished or un furnished, you also have your own fitted bathroom. The house is in very good decorative order and always kept tidy. you will have full access to kitchen, garden and your own lounge with smart tv and wireless internet.
