It is a ground floor luxury apartment in the Town Centre, walking distance to the station and high street.

I am young, bubbly and friendly. I enjoy going out on the weekends and socialising. I work 6 days a week, so I am hardly ever at the flat other than sleeping. I am tidy and house proud but I do like friends coming over time to time to keep me company and I would like my flat mate to be sociable or happy with this too.

I am looking for a flat friend because I took on a lease with my friend but within 2 months couldn't afford it, so I would like someone that is able to afford the payments and not financially effect me.
