Sharing with the owner- a friendly and considerate medical professional working full-time in London. After 18 months the current flatmate- a female nurse in her 20s- is moving to Hampshire for a promotion. Former flatmates have stayed for between 6 months and 2 years.

A 3 minute walk to Brentwood station- the magnificent Elizabeth line delivers us direct to Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street, Paddington, Heathrow. A street parking permit from the council, arranged for you, is available at a cost of only £34.00 per year.

All cleaning products for the flat are provided, as is broadband and Netflix. There are no additional bills.

The bathroom is shared, and the kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The large south-facing garden is our own and ideal for for your laundry or being outside.

Natural Bean Cafe is 2 minutes walk away. Tesco Express 5 minutes, Sainsbury's, M&S and Gail's Bakery are 15 minutes walk away on the high street. Peaceful woodland starts within five minutes walk of the flat.

Originally from Kent, my passion is attending concerts. I love my job as a doctor and my main interest is Australia, which I have now visited seven times.
