This room is available from 4 th feb 2026 house with new kitchen .with all mod cons all bills are inc fortnightly cleaner for communal area only you have to clean your own room😆 regularly👍this room is for a 6 month contract then rolling contract afterwards all bills are included please note must like pets as have a young dog 🐶 ! also if you work from home additional electric bill of £50 will be added each month
