I have a furnished room to let in Hutton, Brentwood with my son and a small dog.

The bedroom is a double and there is a separate lounge and shower/toilet downstairs for your exclusive use. The lounge is ideal for some extra space and can be used as a home office during the day.

There is a shared newly fitted kitchen which is very spacious with a separate utility room with washer/tumble drier/dishwasher and American style fridge freezer.

All bills are included. There is super fast BT broadband. However, there is no phone connection as we use mobile phones.

There is parking for two cars at the front. The house is also 10 minutes walk from Shenfield train station so ideal for a commuter. There is a garden with raised decking which is lovely to sit out on in the summer.
