Two mile from from Brentwood High Street - car essential although bus stops outside house.

I am an extrovert sales professional, highly tenacious - with a glass half full at all times (both metaphorically and literally!). I always see the funny side of life and don't take things or myself too seriously. I am very young at heart and still like to be social.

Whilst I do not offer en suite facilities the new house mate can also have a free run of the bathrooom day or night as I shower at my health club most days. Previous occupants have not found this to be a major problem and it has worked out considerably cheaper too. Please only apply if you are clean and tidy as I have had a very nasty experience of late. It is an ideal story to tell over a glass of plonk or a cuppa...lol

All bills included except council tax, which is £60 a month.

I would also welcome a Monday-Friday occupancy as quiet often have company at weekends.
