Hi, I'm looking for a chilled flat mate.
I have a spare room with a wardrobe and twin bed. All fernishings are brand new and included with the rent. I have super high speed fiber Internet so working from home shouldn't be a problem.
I will be a live in landlord. I'm pritty chilled and have lived with multiple people for most of my adult life. so can't see any problems occouring.
I'm a full time working professional who works in the plumbing/gas industry. My normal working hours are about 10 to 15 a day, so I'm not home too often. Apart from the weekend.
There is a washer dryer and a dish washer provided.
I've just renovated my flat and everything is practically branded new including the bed and wardrobe in the spare room.
There is parking on my driveway. If not you can rent a space from the local social club for £75 a week.
