Dbl room, 4 mins from station, live in landlord

I am looking to rent out my spare room, which comes furnished with a divan double bed and built-in wardrobe. Has a desk included at the moment, but it can be moved.

The flat is 4 mins from Brentwood station and the Elizabeth line and 10/15 mins from the high street. It is a second-floor, duplex flat (over 2 floors) with a separate kitchen and living room. There isn't a lift within the flat block and stairs within the flat. Parking is available either on the street or parking space.

I will be a live-in landlord who spends most of my time at the flat. I go into the office around 2 days a week and work from home the remainder. Therefore, I would prefer someone who isn’t required to work from home or on a minimal basis.

The flat has been renovated with new carpets, paint and furniture. All bills are included, gas, electric, water, internet and council tax. Council Tax band C.
