Luxury bedroom - 4.55m x 2.92m (14’11 x 9’7) - a good sized double bedroom, fitted with built-in mirrored wardrobes. A large feature window to the rear elevation draws light into the room. This room also has a vaulted ceiling which creates a feeling of space. Internal French wooden shutters. The ceiling has built in LED lights.

I walk from the apartment to Brentwood train station in less than 15 minutes but google maps says it takes 20 minutes.

Please note the deposit is non refundable in the event of not progressing with the room. Your deposit will be refunded at the time you vacate the room, after a month’s notice, minus any expenses to repair the room (not including general wear and tear).
