Double Room in Brentwood off High St to rent

I’ve recently bought in Brentwood just off the high street that is a max 10 minute walk to the Elizabeth line station and have a double bedroom available to be rented, it’s currently not being used so rather than go to waste hopefully there’s a friendly, clean and respectful person that can utilise it, off road parking is available with a permit that costs £40 per annum, all bills are included other than the uplift in council tax which would be estimated £80pm drop me a message if you require any more info..
