Property is a 5 minute walk to Brentwood rail station (National rail and Elizabeth line, access to central London in 30 to 40 minutes) Quiet private road with parking roadside available. Large home; recently renovated including the room being offered for rent. The bedroom is quite large and has a king sized bed. The ensuite has a bath and a shower. I live with my 8 year old son, so would prefer that you have a DBS certificate as well as references. Prefer a quiet, tidy, professional, preferably seeking Monday to Friday share, but will consider 7 day let with the right profile. Vetting conversation required before viewings; prefer someone willing to commit to 6 month let at least.
