I am a working professional looking for a a friendly person to rent my spare room in an Edwardian terrace house.

My property is on a residential road just a ten minute walk to Brentwood tube station on the Elizabeth Line. Location is perfect for commuting London, just 30 minutes to Stratford tube and 45 minutes to Tottenham Ct Rd. Brentwood town centre has lots to offer with pubs/bars/restaurants and is just a leisurely walk away. The area is surrounded by countryside with many country walks and parks/ woods.

1 spacious double Room is available in a 3 bedroom house shared only with me.

The room has been fully furnished to a very high standard with a double bed, reading light, a large wardrobe and under bed storage space.. The house has a driveway with parking and a large garden.

The kitchen/diner is fully fitted with all new appliances.

Rent is fully inclusive. Quiet and tidy working professional females with no children or pets are preferred. Good reference checks and photo ID are applicable.
