Each room is fitted out with an oak chest of drawers, oak bedside tables and oak wardrobes and all of the rooms are provided with ottoman beds for extra storage. Double glazed sash windows are fitted. All rooms have their own separate controllable radiator from gas fired central heating and the house has been provided with an enormous capacity of hot water.

We start at a double bed room and progress up to 2 king size bed rooms with basins and then 3 king size bed rooms with their own en suites. The top specification room is a fully self-contained annexe with its own kitchenette containing a fridge, hob, sink and dishwasher and an en suite. French door access the rear courtyard. This room is fitted with velux roof lights with automatic blinds and benefits from a flexible extra storage mezzanine accessed via ladder .
