Quiet Road in the middle of Brentwood

I have a good-sized double bedroom in a clean and tidy house available in a quiet and friendly area of Brentwood, with parking available on the street. I am looking for a female house mate and will consider both shorter or longer term lets. The house is in a great location, whether you are based in Brentwood or commute to work.

The room consists of a double bed and a wardrobe with access to a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. There is also WiFi available at the property, and the council tax is in band D.

The bathroom has a shower over a bath. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, and washing machine. You will have your own cupboards to store your food in. There is also Sky TV in the living room.
