The large double bedroom comes with access to personal use of a bathroom with shower and a shared living room, as well as the usual communal spaces.

The house is mostly empty during term time so any lodger will have peace and quiet of this large family home sharing with Anne.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, utilities and a cleaner for communal areas).

Brentwood High Street is a 15 minute walk and the large Sainsbury's is even closer!
