Double Room - Brentwood, Essex

I own a 2 bed flat and have a spare double room to rent.
Room is furnished, including double bed and new furniture bought specifically.
All bills included.
Although the room isn't en-suite, mine is so I never use the bathroom.

Flat is new and modern. On the BASE development. (less then 7 years old with just one previous owner)
It's a 3min walk from Brentwood train station. 10min walk from town centre.
5min walk to Tesco and gym.

Have BT vision TV, broadband and flat is very warm.

I'm a single 28 year old. Originally from South West but been living in the area for couple of years now.
I work in East London and work shift pattern of early and late and some weekends, so I'm in and out at different times.
I try and keep the flat clean and tidy at all times, and hope you would treat it with same respect.
Don't have a great deal of visitors, (although they are welcome at any time) and so the flat remains pretty quiet.
