The room is situated within a 3 bed semi-detached Edwardian house and the owner is a full-time working professional who works from home two days a week. Situated only a 5 minute walk from Brentwood high street and Sainsburys only a short walk from mainline oyster stations (Brentwood 15mins/ Shenfield 30mins). The house offers a garden for shared use. The ideal person would be very tidy, professional, friendly and respectful; willing to clean own room regularly. As a working professional I would prefer someone who has similar routines and it is very important that the right person likes animals as there is a large, young big dog.
