Spacious Double Room, 5 minutes walk to station

Furnished, freshly decorated, double room available to live with one housemate (me) in a two bedroom cottage.

The house is five minutes walk to the station, ten minutes walk to the high street, and walking distance to Ford and BT. By car the house is a couple of minutes from the M25/A12 and five minutes from the A127.

There is shared use of the kitchen, bathroom (upstairs), toilets (x2), garden and lounge/diner (subject to my use). There is a spare space on the drive for a car and a utility area with indoor space for a bike if either are required.

All the normal facilities are available - fibre broadband wi-fi; washer/drier; dishwasher; microwave; tv connection to the room; tv/dvd etc (in the lounge + kitchen).

Utility bills and council tax are additional and are just short of £35 per week. The monthly amount including bills would be £550 or so.

I'm rarely home before 7. 30/8. 00pm in the week, and I'm usually in and out at weekends.

Most weekends my girlfriend will come around to visit, but otherwise I don't have lots of people around, I am not too noisy, and will respect your privacy.

I am looking for a clean, easy going and respectful housemate. If you're social, great, if not, no worries.

The room is available when convenient to whoever comes in. I have a housemate at the moment, but they are easy about when they will move out.
