Double Room, Quiet Street, 5 Min Walk To Station

Furnished, sunny double room in a Victorian cottage situated in a quiet street, within a 5 minute walk to Brentwood station, 10 minutes to the high street and BT. The house is a couple of minutes drive from M25/A12.

Shared use of kitchen, bathroom (downstairs), lounge/diner (subject to my use) and a small, sunny garden. There is permit parking available.

Household bills include, council tax, cleaner (once a fortnight), wireless broadband, sky TV (downstairs), washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker. You also have your own TV aerial in the room.

I am a young at heart professional who is clean, tidy and easy going. My boyfriend visits most weekends but other than that I do not have loads of people round.

Looking for a responsible, clean and easy going female housemate who likes dogs. I have a small, friendly Maltese dog (she does not molt) who stays with me Thursday to Monday.
