Ideally I am looking for a professional to rent my single bedroom which is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The living room is be equipped with a sofa, cable television and dinning area.

The property also benefits from a parking space cycle storage and a large garden. There are brand new carpets and tiling throughout and is cleaned weekly.

All bills and wifi are included.

The property is situated in Knightsway and has great bus links to the high street, Shenfield station and Brentwood Station. The high street is a 15 minute walk, Shenfield station is a 5 minute drive and Brentwood station 20 minute walk.

I am a 28 year old professional female who works in the city. My other housemate is a 29 old professional male from Portugal. I also have a 3 year old black Labrador and a 6 month old cat both are fully trained. Ideally, I am looking to share with a professional who likes animals.

I am happy for you to make this your own home and use all the shared rooms and even lifts to Shenfield station if that suits.
