Room in a comfy home

A double room available in a 2 bedroom house. Can be furnished or unfurnished (this can be discussed) Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It states that available from 20th September but could be sooner - again would need to be discussed.
I'm a professional who works shifts and has three cats. Recently split from my partner and can not afford house on my own. I'm looking for someone of a similar age who is happy to live along side someone. I would like the house to have a family feel and hang out together but also have our won space.
Help may be needed feeding the cats occasionally due to long hours at work.
I am a very social person and outgoing so would like someone who I can be friends with. Please contact to ask any further questions.
