Double room available near Brentwood station

I have a furnished double room available for rent in my house with myself and my two primary school aged children. We are very close to Brentwood Station so it's ideal for someone travelling into London for work. The monthly amount is inclusive of all bills. I am a very easy-going person and am used to living with different people as I have flatted for years. Female preferred.
