Room in Brentwood

Room available in Brentwood down a very peaceful road.

I've listed it as a single room but it's technically a double. I've opted to put a large three door wardrobe in the room rather than a double bed. There is also storage space in the additional built in wardrobe and underneath the bed. The room overlooks the garden which is a nice view.

10 minute walk to train station, 15 minute walk to high street. A Tesco resides a five minute walk away from the house, as does a gym and local shops.

Downstairs and upstairs WC, dishwasher in kitchen, Fibre Optic broadband in the house with 4K Netflix.

I live in the house with my cat.
