Room has a double bed and wardrobe.. 5-10mins walk to Shenfield station, 14mins to Stratford, 23mins to Liverpool street and also Crossrail coming in soon.. Bills are included in the price £650 pcm ( 80MBp/s BT Infinity 2 broadband, water, gas, electricity, council tax, Tv Licence) We currently have 4 guys living here at the moment.. its a great atmosphere and everyone gets along, have the occasional movie nights and house meals.. everyone is a professional and respectful of noise.. We have one really shy quiet cat called Toffi.. There is a whole street available for parking and we have a nice large decking area and a garden too.. good for BBQs in the summer!
