Double room available

Looking for a lodger for a double room within my three bedroom bungalow.
I'm an equine vet and work long hours, so am looking for someone who is calm and respectful to join me in my home. I have a dog and cat and two horses, so you must like animals.
I am often up early and so would not appreciate regular noise late at night.
The bungalow has two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, lounge with a log burner, and lovely garden.
I would not consider more pets in the home.
I try to keep the space clean and tidy and would appreciate you doing the same. I have a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, radiators in each room with central heating, the log burner in the lounge for winter, and a bath and shower between the two bathrooms.
