Double room in Chelmsford

A bit about us:-
We are located on the edge of Broomfield just a short bus ride to the hospital and into town, or 35 minutes walk. Street parking.
Quiet house and area, 2 gardens.

We are live in landlords (husband & wife) Fran is Spanish and I am English.

We both work full time. We are friendly and sociable. We go abroad fairly regularly so would be helpful to have a housemate to feed our 2 cats whilst we are away.

A bit about you:-
We are looking for someone working full time like us or..

Ideally your work pattern is similar to ours, Monday-Friday.

Ideally you like cats or don’t mind them.

Preferably you won’t be cooking in the kitchen for hours and hours every day. (We’ve rented our room for a few years now so we’ve begun to realise what works!)

We are looking for a single occupant so preferably you won’t have a partner that sleeps over (as we are not looking for a couple) but otherwise we are very relaxed and flexible.

In return you’ll have considerate and quiet housemates who can be supportive and also give you space and autonomy.

We don’t mind a smoker but you would need to smoke outside away from the neighbours windows/gardens.

We would wish to see payslips for last 3 months in return for this small deposit. ID also required. A previous landlord reference or character reference would also be helpful.

A bit about the room:-
It is a reasonable size double room with bed, chests of drawers and small wardrobe. The house has 2 sunny gardens
