Detailed Description
All the rooms are large, light and airy. There are 2 shower rooms (one on each floor) each containing a WC, wash basin and shower.

Good size utility room.

All rooms have double wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside cabinet. All the furnishings and carpets are brand new throughout.
The large kitchen benefits from a large amount of work surfaces and storage units. The kitchen is fully fitted to provide for 4 tenants i. e. cutlery, plates, cups, glass, cooking utensils.

The house benefit’s from a newly fitted large kitchen containing a 5 ring gas hobs with extractor hood and 2 electric ovens and good size fridge freezer. Also newly installed is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The PCM fees includes all amenities including communal cleaner once a week other than the cost for the washing machines and tumble dryer, as each is on its own coin meter. This is for all tenants benefit as you only pay for what you use.
