Room to let in 3 bed cottage, Broxted £374 pm

We have a 3 bed cottage situated on a farm. 2 rooms are occupied by two males. The bedroom is furnished, there is a large lounge, bathroom , shower room, and kitchen, and a large garden. The cottage is a mile from the main road, so your own transport is necessary. The rent is £300 pcm, with council tax, electricity and heating fuel added. The £374 amount in the title is the current rent with included council tax. It is a very rural situation, with plenty of parking space. The 2 males living there have been with us for a year.
