Friendly Family Home

Hello!

We have a 5 bedroom family house with one spare bedroom available due to my son moving out. The house is well kept, quirky, and furnished to a high standard.

My daughter and 2 other sons (28-31) live at home and often have friends coming by (before COVID!) so the house can be busy but not crazy as I am their mum and I still live here! :). My daughter has a dog, a really friendly 16 year old Staffie. We all work and have busy lives so are in and out so do not do the family dinner around the table scenario-but we are really friendly and upbeat!

There is hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house with all bills included (apart from any phone calls you make via landline). The house is located on the High Road in Buckhurst Hill (but set back from the main street) near The Holly hospital, and is a 12/15 minute walk from Buckhurst Hill station. The number 20 and 397 go along the high road and 10 mins walk to the 179 stop opposite Bancrofts School. Travel time to Central London from Buckhurst Hill station (Zone 5) is approximately 35 minutes. The front has off street parking-you do need to be a confident driver as the house is set back down a laneway.

I like my home really clean and tidy and expect respect for that. I would prefer a non-smoker however my kids do smoke outside but I really don't like the whole smoking thing! The shower is room is shared. Bed is a small double-4 foot. All the normal facilities you would expect, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

I would like someone who does not have pots, pans, cutlery etc. This is a family home and I have all that stuff for your use so it will just be clutter!

I do not want someone who works from home thanks unless this is a temporary COVID situation.
