Large luxury apartment, double bedroom & own bathr

I have a large luxury apartment based on the Epping New Road in a small gated private development with onsite concierge and beautiful, well maintained grounds.

The room available to rent is a double bedroom with a flat screen TV fitted to the wall, built in draws and lots of wardrobes.
The bathroom is for your own sole use and includes a bath, toilet and separate shower. It is the main bathroom in the flat, as I use my en-suite.

The flat is very large with a 50ft lounge.
Very secure ground floor, parking is available onsite and is included in the charge.

I live alone with my 5 year old son in this home, so therefore won’t accept any men or couples staying here.

The flat is very clean and I am easy going, 28 years old, busy with work/ life balance!

Buckhurst Hill is a lovely area to live in and the flat is walking distance to the Central line and shops on Queens road.

The rental price includes: All bills - broadband, utilities such as Gas, Electric, Council tax and Water rates.
Use of the TV in living room with Netflix and Amazon prime.
There is also private parking if you have a car. The room is secure and will have a lock with key. There is also an intercom to the flat.

Please note: This room is for preferably a single Female.
