Medium room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat

We are a couple with 2 kids (2y old boy and 4y old girl) looking for a flatmate. The bedroom has plenty of space, is furnished with a double bed, sliding door fitted wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We will share a kitchen with lots of storage space, living room, bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC. There is also a communal garden and parking space. We are looking for a clean, professional person who likes children. The room is available from 5th of April for a short stay (max 2 months)
