We are a family of 3 (our daughter is 8 years old) and are looking for a lovely housemate to join us and share our beautiful home with.
We have an open plan kitchen dinning living room which is very spacious.
There is a toilet downstairs.
Upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms and a single room. There is a bathroom and a toilet upstairs too.
We have a nice garden with garden furniture and a bbq and a real fire pit. We also have a new built garden house which can be used as a separate living room too.
We don’t smoke, however if you are a smoker you will have to smoke outside only.
We are are a clean family and we expect the person joining us to be likeminded.
No pets allowed.
